Colourpop Ultramatte Additions--- Mini Review and Swatches for Midi, Lax, Trap, Stingraye, Solow, Zipper, Kae, Mars, and 1st Base

My latest lippy obsession is the Ultramatte line from Colourpop. The colors are vivid, long lasting, and as matte as lippies can get--- a combination of qualities I don't get from drugstore brands. They are also a lot more affordable than the MAC matte lippies I fancy. My first colourpop purchase was Lumiere 2 and it was quickly followed by Limbo. I also bought Lasplash in Ghoulish but didn't like it as much because of the smell and feel on my lips. I've gotten nine more liquid lipsticks  from Colourpop and I can't wait to try more of their colors. You can get similar shades but none of them ever look the same and each one is beautiful in its own way.

I'm really excited to try the other colors in the Colourpop Ultramatte line. I hope the swatches and makeup looks I did will help you choose that special lippy for just for you--- in case you were wondering how some of the featured shades looked ( For reference, I am NC40 in MAC). The colors do look different in the tube, than when swatched on the arm, or when applied on the lips. If you want to try shades that are a bit on the wild side, like say--- purple or even dark brown, you really ought to take a look at their lippies before splurging on their expensive counterparts. They have really made a wonderful collection of colors that fit the bold, sweet, conservative, or classic moods that strike us. Routines can be boring, but our motds--- particularly lipsticks don't have to be. Say yes to these lippies and just have fun. :)

Thanks for reading and I hope you likes the swatches. May the glam be with you! :)
