Hi, guys! Our friends from Xiaomi Redmi Philippines sent us the Redmi Note 12 to unbox and review and after weeks of taking it for a spin, I finally have enough firsthand experience with it to share my thoughts of it with you. After all, when we choose our phones, we all have our personal preferences and dealbreakers to consider. Here is my take on this smartphone.

What does the Redmi Note 12 have to offer and what do we know about it so far?

"Redmi Note 12 is the latest mid-range level smartphone that delivers a fast and satisfying overall experience with it’s 120Hz AMOLED also without compromising with other fundamental features. It is the best fit for the vibrant lives of the young Philippine market."

From what I personally saw with the pricing, and testing, it is indeed fast, and responsive as I flip through and use it. I tested it for gaming and streaming and was quite satisfied with its overall performance. I love watching shows on my phone and I didn't have any problems doing so on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12.  It's no wonder that Live Vivid are the words used in its promotion.

Videos and pictures look crisp and the bright and colorful, the responsive display makes the visual experience smoother and quite enjoyable. I have to say that these are the best selling points for me simply because I abhor lagging and I want clear images when I use it for photography, play games, or stream.

1. It has a Smooth 120Hz AMOLED display

The sleek design coupled with the vibrant display makes it aesthetically pleasing to its user. Images and videos are stunningly bright and colorful and it has an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. 

When I turned it on for the first time and started using it, I can see how it undoubtedly has one of the best displays in its category as its 6.67" FHD+ display with DCI-P3 offers a wide range of colors that enhances the immersive and smooth user experience.

My basic apps are the usual social media platforms, favorite games, and streaming services. I also love taking photos so I was delighted to see how smooth the color transitions were. I love how bright and lively the display is. Apparently the brightness goes up to 700 nits. This phone is great for taking photos and you are able to clearly look at the photos even on sunny days or under bright lights

2. It has the Powerful Snapdragon® processor with Advanced 6nm process. 

This ensures a fast and seamless overall experience while using this phone. I actually did not experience lagging for gaming and streaming.

The fast charging was  something I really liked because then I don't need to wait for the battery to charge for too long. The battery life and fast charging feature was really surprising and I was very much delighted that I only needed to charge this unit for a few times in a week. With moderate use, you can go through a full battery in 3 days and even then it would not even really be empty. If you are using it for games and streaming, it will still last you for an entire day's worth of battery life. I appreciate that the charging brick is included also. 

4. It has 50MP AI triple camera with Ultra-wide and macro lenses.

The Redmi Note 12 takes great photos in every scenario and all kinds of light. Apart from the main camera, it also comes with an ultra-wide camera and a macro camera. It also has a variety of useful features and filters at your disposal.

I also tried the phone's Night Mode and it was quite impressive as it is able to capture images even with limited lighting. I think the one thing to remember is to hold the camera still or have the subject stay still to get better images.

This is undoubtedly my favorite product from Dazzle Me. It's something I was so impressed by that I went to buy it 2 more times since I tried it because I would finish the whole thing to the last drop! So what is this product? It is described as a milti-purpose lip topper and treatment. 

I love using it as a lip primer and a lip topper because it is so nourishing and hydrating on the lips, does not feel sticky at all, minimized my lip lines resulting in just juicy looking plump lips. I would often just have this in my bag for my lips because I love the subtle pink hue it has that doesn't dry or settle into the inner part of my lips. Sometimes I like to use it on my lids and cheeks as well. This product looks amazing for creating the "clean girl" look where the whole point is too look moisturized and hydrated like a glazed donut. This product is a must have for that look. If you could only get one thing today from Dazzle Me, this would be the product. I actually made a tiktok just for this product. Aside from all these pros, I like the applicator because it actually puts all the product on the lips instead of absorbing it like typical doe foot applicators do.
